A question for those who believe diet affects acne...

In my particular situation, I've noticed a severe and I mean SEVERE reduction in oil in my face, to the point that I'm considering getting a moisturizer (I'm used to having very oily skin) after completely stopping eating the following:

1) Dairy products

2) Fruit (raw and fruit juices)

3) Any type of sugar

Also, I've started cooking with extra virgin olive oil. In addition I stopped taking my multivitamin and my antibiotic (erythromycin).
