i have noticed a difference in my skin since i cut milk out completely.also i cut out all junk food.im STARVING .between meals i always have the urge to snack on something.usually i eat sunflower seeds..but im kinda getting sick of them.i also recently stopped smoking it has been about 4 months since i had a smoke.so i was just wondering if you guys could share some healthy snacks that dont break you out.thanks biggrin.gif
