does any one acne and blemishes on scalp while using sweet N low

im trying to figure out if sweet n low is causing my acne like symptoms..

ihad a no acne month and today i had sweet N low and same day i started getting acne like blemishes mainly on forehead and scalp

any similar experiences you guys have?

im not talking abt regular consumption ..in my case even a small amount once a while triggers acne

I doubt it strongly. I would think regular sugar would break you out more. None the less I doubt anything you comsume the day before will break you out the next day.

I don't know if artificial sweetener can cause acne. However, my naturopath told me to stay away from these things (Sween 'n Low, Splenda, etc.). She did say stevia would be better.

Stevia is very sweet...you only need a very very small amount of it. It is even safe to for diabetics to use it. If you want to know more about the product, just google it.
