List of foods that are ok to eat?

I remember reading back here a while ago that certain foods are better and worse for your acne. I can't seem to dig up the post though, so I was wondering if you all could point me towards a list of some kind. This past week I've barely eaten anything at all, but I've noticed a huge difference in my zits. They pretty much have been gone this entire week until last night when I ate some burger king and chef-boyardee, now I notice a zit under the skin that is kinda sore when I move my eyebrows. Any help would be appreciated, but like I said before a list of foods that are good to eat would help a lot.

Or better yet a list of what I should look for in foods that may cause acne.

i see no problems with the following items:

high quality organic meat, poultry, and fish

raw eggs

vegetables

cold pressed olive and coconut oil

good quality fish oil

cooked eggs are perfectly fine for you.. raw eggs have a bit more protein but theres a really really low chance you can get food poisoning from them since their uncooked.. i read it somewhere but the chance is extremely low.
