I broke out after being clear for months,

I broke out 2 days ago after not having any acne for over 6 months. I broke out with cysts and large pimples. It has to do with some change that occured in the past 2 or 3 days to cause me to get so much acne in such little time. Normally I eat fast food 2-4 times a week. The night before my break out, I had Mc donalds. This was pretty average though. But earlyer that morning, I had Instant Porridge. This is something I have never eaten before in my life. It was pretty good but I think it may have gave me acne. I try to have a high calorie diet because I'm a skinny dude and I'm trying build muscle by working out. I work out 3-4 times a week. I don't know if this has anything to do with it but I've been under stress the past couple of days. I broke up with my girlfriend for another girl but then I realised I liked my old girlfriend better so I went back out with her. I know this is stupid but I think it has something to do with it. I also have been running back and forth to my college filling out forms and stuff. I guess I've been under a lot of stress. Please help me find out what I did to get this acne so fast. It's got to be either stress or my diet. I just remembered, I ate pizza with sausage on it the night before I broke out. Anything you can do to help me will be appreciated.
