Sweating and working out...

Recommended Posts

I have some general questions about working out.....I run about every day for about 30-45 min....and I sweat ALOT especially on my face.

1.) Should I wash my face and apply BP as soon as I get up and then go work out? Or should I work out then wash my face and apply BP. (The gap between waking up and working out is usually about 1-3 hours).

2.) Have can I wipe the sweat off my face while working out without irritating my skin? (I have been using my sweat-soaked shirt and paper towels to do this but I'm not sure if these are ideal..)

yep. but definately don't use a salty-sweat drenched shirt or a towel formerly known as a tree on your face! Clean, soft, clean towel!! blott gently, NO rubbing.

What I do in the mornings is wash my face and then workout. I don't sweat profusely, but I do sweat. I admit I use my shirt, too!!! But you should probably use a clean towel and blot. But anyway, then after I workout I shower immediately (which includes washing my face) and THEN apply bp. That's just how I do it. I've had clear skin for awhile now thanks to the regimen.

Good luck!
