So about a few days ago my dad took me to see a laser specialist. I'm 16 and have scars all over my face and pretty bad acne. My self-esteem has shattered. So this lady comes in, shes not a doctor, shes the person you tell what you want to do. So she sees my face then he decides to call the doctor to come to look at my face because the right side of my face was really red.

So while we are waiting for the doctor, the lady and my dad starts talking in some form of Chinese that I don't understand. Damn I felt like such a lame duck. They're talking in a langage I don't even understand and keep looking at my face every 5 seconds.

She then asks me if I wash my face. I say I wash my face 2-3 times a day. She then proceeds to ask me if I could wash my face 7 times a day! I was like WTF in my head, but just said OK.

So then the Doc finally arrives. He says that I have scars because of an infection. He says if I would've taken medicine when I first had acne then I wouldn't have all these scars. So then he perscribes Mincycline Hydrochoride and some Erythromycin and Benzoyl Peroxide Topical Gel.

He says I'll do all that stuff in a month and if my acne doesn't get any better he's gonna put me on Accutane. Then when things are controlled, I'll have 10 laser treatments over the course of 5 weeks to smooth my skin out. After that I'll have another 10 treatments to get rid of the scars.

*Sigh* Damn you acne I hate you!
