My dermatologist told me that I should be using non comedogenic makeup on my face. Does anyone know of good brands that are non comedogenic. I use clinique a lot is that? Or any department store brands? PLEASE HELP

Not sure about specific brands, but from talking to estheticians I've learned that it's best to stay away from liquid foundations, and use powder instead. Powder is much more "breathable" than liquid, causing less congestion and it's less likely to have heavy pore clogging ingredients...Just my two cents.

Mineral makeup works great, and is not only OK for acne, but hypoallergenic, for those who's skin is really misbehaving. Has to be the right one, some contain ingredients that can be really irritating.

there are several good threads on the "Make-up help" section of this forum. Give it a look.
