Found out my cause, hope its of help...

Guest Nblx

After testing away dairy and gluten I've finally narrowed my main cause down to Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS) in the toothpaste.

I brush with baking soda and use Listerine mouthwash now.

I can get away with the gentler related Sodium Laureth Sulfate (SLES) in shampoo as long as I only use it once per day (gentle baby shampoo, so SLES is not second ingredient) and rinse thoroughly.

Looking back my acne (more like Perioral Dermatitis) started when I brushed my teeth more, didnt rinse properly and took more car of my appearance, ironic really smile.gif

Whilst I don't eat bread or have dairy 99% of the time, I just feel better not doing so, no other reason, these are OK if I have them socially now and again.

Won't work for everyone but maybe of help to some of you.
