You can use the sauna room. The only things you really need to watch out for is vitamin a intake, cholesterol, don't over exert yourself, no drinking, stay out of the sun light, don't irritated your skin, so on and so forth. If your pamphlet doesn't say stay out of saunas then you can go.

I think it makes your skin more sensitive to the heat and might burn a bit but that is all. Gonna do it
