....St. Ive's Apricot Scrub for SENSITIVE SKIN

i just started using it last week...i'm gonna see how it does for a month.

also, you probably shouldn't use it when you have an active zit on you face...underskin zits might be ok, but you don't want to accidently open any zit heads before it's their time

is there a facial mask type thing that i can use to exfoliate my skin withouth causing acne??? one that is non comedogenic?? and gentle to sensitive skin????

You can try adding a very tiny amount of baking soda to Cetaphil cleanser

and just gentley, very gentley smooth it over your face - don't rub it in. The baking soda may not seem like you're doing any major exfoliating, but it can ~ so don't over do it . I have sensitive skin, I add a pinch of baking soda to 5-6 pumps from the Cetaphil bottle, mix it in my hand, apply it in a circular motion, counting to 3 or 4, then carefully rinse off. If you are using BP- it may only irritate it more. Once a week is good.

I had an esthetician from Hawaii tell me glycolics were bunk and I could get the same exfoiliating effect from rubbing an orange half on my face.

Vita. C helps w/healing while the citrus/frucstose acid is pretty much the same as a professional peel.

I haven't tried it, I like to eat my fruit!!~ but it's cheap.
