Baths or showers?

showers seem to be a lot more cleansing. Which is probably because you are not marinating in sweat, oil and dirt from the day. Baths are nice to relax once in a while, but stick to showering.

It may break you out more, has to me before, because like you said, the sweat, oil and dirt from the day etc. But also depending on what type of water, the skin is the most that absorbs so if you have chlorinated water, thats not good, tap may be alright most of the time but its prob the sweat, dirt and maybe heat. etc
