I am going to start eating less Carbohydrates but I need some help. I am a vegetarian and obviously, I eat a lot of bread. Currently, I eat white bread. My question, if I switch to whole wheat, does this take away all the carbohydrates or significantly reduce them? Do you think it will help my acne?

Thanks

as i said in your other post, switching to wheat would be good. Cut out soda, potato chips, white rice etc....

Are you doing cardio too?? or lifting weights? You need to do both. Do mid or high intensive cardio a couple times a week and work out with weights. When you have muscle, it burns the fat

As long as you eat plants, you will be taking in carbs. Whole wheat bread is still full of starch( a carb). I cannot tolerate even whole grain breads. My recommendation...cut all grains, stick to vegetables...and consider some animal products...they contain MANY necessary vitamins/minerals that vegetarians ultimately don't absorb as well from plants....
