Which supplement to take -- Zinc or Milk Thistle?

male? Zinc, no doubt. Milk thistle is supposed to strengthen the liver. Compare it to all these retinoids - accutane, tazorac, etc, which all actually strain the liver. Zinc is more practical, and beneficial for quelling inflammation.

Hate to state the obvious... but take both?

Also, although people have suggested zinc is more beneficial due to studies made. In my own personal experience, milk thistle has been FAR more beneficial than Zinc.

Zinc is only useful if you have a zinc deficiency, if you're already eating properly you might already have enough.
