Help choosing a cleanser for oily skin

Recommended Posts

-Neutrogena Rapid Clear Oil-Control Foaming Cleanser

-Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser, Normal to Oily Skin

-Neutrogena Sensitive Skin Solutions Oil Free Foaming Cleanser, Oily Skin

-Neutrogena Sensitive Skin Solutions Cleansing Wash, Combination Skin

I also have kind of sensitive skin, but just because Neutrogena puts "sensitive skin" on the bottle, doesn't make it so.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

I use the cetaphil for oily skin at night, I also have sensative skin. I think its a better overall cleanser than the regular cetaphil but i'm not sure how good it controls oil.

What do you want your cleanser to do?

Deep clean, control oil, help clear acne, stop new acne from forming? Cleansers do SO much.

Eucerin makes a new deep pore cleanser that seems to be getting good feedback and I think eucerin is good for sensative skin.

i would go for the cetaphil-i use the regular gentle one and i love it! its really moisturizing, gentle, and helps clear up my red marks. plus it helps if you are on a prescription topical because those can sometimes be drying

Are you using other topicals that are prescription or whatever??

Because, then... you should opt for a more gentle cleanser IMO. I use Differin at night so I'm using Purpose Gentle Cleanser in the morning (they also have it in a bar) and Clean & Clear Daily Pore Cleanser in the PM.

Neither of my cleansers have acne "fighters" and that's helped me a lot.

If you get any of those 4... do not get the Cetaphil wash. I personally hate Cetaphil-anything!!

Check out Makeup Alley and read reviews on cleansers....
