Egg yolk while on 'tane??

i'm a 100% egg-lover~~ i normally consume 3-4 eggs per day~~~

i'm about to start my 'tane course on wed, can i still keep on that diet???

egg has always been a major part of my diet, i'm so worried that i may have to cut it out substantially >O<

I'm copying parts from my response to Antony's thread in this section...which is similar to yours:

Actually, my first thought wasn't about vitamin A, but cholesterol.

One large, whole egg contains about 213 mg of cholesterol. This is about 71 percent of the daily recommended limit for healthy people.

Extra-large and jumbo eggs contain more cholesterol than large eggs -- each provides up to 93 percent of the daily limit.

Egg whites, however, have no cholesterol.

If you are eating 3-4 egg yolks a DAY...YIKES! You're eating roughly 200 - 400% of your daily cholesterol every single day!! Buh bye healthy heart and circulatory system!!

Since tane can screw up your cholesterol/triglyceride/lipid levels in your blood as it is, I wouldn't want to eat something that could make it even worse...
