Hi, wanted to recommend 'Tejaswini' to anyone who doesn't want to make the leap to accutane/roaccutane. I had really bad breakouts for the past 9 months and a dermatologist writing in a magazine recommened Tejaswini. I ordered some and my skin cleared up after a week. I think it works internally and is based on 16/17 herbs used in Aruyvedic (spelling?!) medecine. You take 2 capsules at bedtime, and then in the morning and lunch if you have 'chronic acne.' It really worked for me and is a much less drastic choice then accutane - although obviously its up to you and what your doctor recommends.
