1. Varies form 11:30-2:30. Haha, the university schedule.

2. 8 hours

3. Yes, all kinds of meat. Chicken, turkey, buffalo, venisin, beef, all kinds of other birds like duck and pheasant, etc... When travelling overseas I've eaten meats that I didn't know what they were, and I'm glad.

4. Yes, not as much milk(Unless cooking), as other dairy such as cheese, yogurt, butter, etc...

I grew out of acne so this doesn't affect me (And I know my total health is very good), but when I had acne it wasn't bad and I still ate the same. It got to moderate when I aggravated the hell out of my face with 50 creams, peels, serums, etc...

1)11:00- 3:00 college

2)5hrs-8hrs.

3) turkey, ham, tuna, beef, pork

4)cheese, a little milk

Not getting enough sleep doesn't make me break out. For me, it's when i consume a lot of carbs, sweets, processed foods (spaghettio's and tv dinners) (which I do tend to do)
