PISSED OF SKINSTORE.COM

recently becoz there's no more stock of wat i want in dermstore.com,i went to skinstore.com to order four products (two items are glyderm products n two other brand products). As i am not in US,internation order is more expensive so i order more (4) products in order to achieve the principle of 'economy of scale'.

Guess what? After ordering,they did not email me of items being shipped off after 5days...I HAVE TO EMAIL them to check n they told me they have not shipped yet coz 2 items (glyderm products)are in back orders so i asked them how long do i have to wait? and they told me it might take weeks. What made me most pissed off is that i purposely order products tat are supposedly in stock as indicated by their website (if u check their webby,u will know if items are out of stocks or in back orders,it will have additional notes in its individual window).

Then they changed their story saying it is the other non glyderm products which are in back orders but in goodwill,they will send my glyderm products to me first n the other two non glyderm products in a later date without additional charges.

Then i received a lastest email from them saying the other two non glyderm products are now discontinued! What the hell!?!?!?!? if that's the case i rather cancel everything n lose in currency exchange than to spend US$15 for a delivery of JUST TWO PRODUCTS.

Now i can only pray that they haven't sent out the glyderm products and they said they will check now...I tell u guys,the answer coming back to me is surely sorry,it has been sent!

Sickening,just sickening of their way of doing things...i never had such bad experience from dermstore or any other online retailer. Below is our exchange of emails....n they did not even reply my last email seeking verification is it what she meant was that i would be sent twice without being charged twice....sighzzz

Actually the Glyderm is now in stock and the Md Forte and the DDF

Strawberry Almond Body Polish is now on back order. It may another few

weeks. Though we normally don't do this on International order I split

the orders so that the in stock items will not ship and the backordered

items are on a separate order.
