hi I started to shave only in certain areas of my face because the hair bothered me. I didn't know at the time that the hair would become thicker and darker eusa_wall.gif , so I kept doing it until it bothered me even more. Soon enough the shaving irritated my skin so I tried to use whatever possible to soften the hair. It didn't really work on the really rough hair. I tried to bleach it but then my face got even more irritated. NOw I tried using a hair dissolving product(the kind you wipe away) and it was like haveing severe sunburn on my skin. My skin is sensitive and that's why my acne was really bad. NOw it's not as bad, but i still have it. Anyways does anyone know any way I can get this rough facial hair to go away but grow back softer? Thanks

The only way that I know of to soften the hair that you do have on you face is to leave the shave foam/gel on you face for several minutes. I assume that you are using a blade and hopefully a lubricant.

And could you explain what you meant by having the hair grow back "softer". There are products that claim to minimize the need for shaving, but I've never used 'em.
