Did you find that you looked better when you were hot / flushed compared to when you had alot of red marks?

I'm just wondering to what extent red marks (which is essentially damage to the skin / vessels etc) make a persons skin look worse when there is more blood in the face from e.g flushing, blushing, heat, exercise.

For example, your marks will stand out more when flushed because there is more blood in the face creating a blotchy appearance, opposed to the marks having been healed and a person having a more uniform appearence of red when they marks have healed.

This is actually quite funny, i was at the gym today running and looked int eh mirror and said to myself "wow it looks liek i have no marks on my face"

When blood rushes to my head my reed marks are practtically gone.

This also helps make them heal faster, along with scarring and acne.

1) salt water kills bacteria, its a known fact

2) Damaged skin requires nutrients and protiens to heal. Faster blood flow= more protiens and nutriets to teh affected area= faster healing.

Obviously u cant keep ur faced fllushged 24/7 but i do this 3 times a week, and i were to miss one day than my skin would feel/ look like shit.
