I don't know if accutane "cures" rosacea, but I know for a fact that it used to alleviate and lessen the symptoms of it. So, either way- your skin will benefit from it. If you don't actually have rosacea, overall your skin will be better, so its a win-win situation!

If you notice certain things make it worse - cold/heat, spicy foods, then it could be roscea. Also, how old are you? Becasue it's extremly rare for people under 19 to get it.

im 17 but my acne is very strange , many products dont even effect my skin (make it better at all) and its not like i have breakouts , im jus allways blessed with the silly actice acne spots. Accutane seems to be my last chance now, i wouldent take this drug is acne wasnt effecting me like it does, jus recently its proving to be the only thing on my mind. When and if it goes, im going to live my life to the full and not let no other things kill my confidence

Isotretinoin (Accutane®) will make your rosacea worse If you take it at normal dosages for cystic acne (I know of people that have develop rosacea after a taking isotretinoin for acne). But isotretinoin can be effective in helping rosacea in low and ultra low dosages (max 10mg/day).

see for yourself Google scholar search for isotretinoin and rosacea

the docter says i have acne though , so im guessing people only said it looks like i have rosacea on here because of my red marks.
