Muscle Repair on Accutane

Accutane affects how the skin heals and all that and makes it more fragile and prone to cuts or scrapes, etc. Im just wondering does it have an affect on how long it takes muscles to repair themselves after intensley working out. Usually it takes a few days, is this prolonged by accutane?

hmm, thatsn not good.

how much longer will muscles take to repair themselves? is it significant? and why does this happen and is there anyway to minimize this?

I take fish oil supllements, vitamin C, zinc and copper. They are supposed to help tissues heal themselves and help with joint and muscle pains.

everything's slower while on Accutane...biggrin.gif

which sux because of the slow healing of red marks, muscle tissues.. and etc.

I also have been finding it hard to gain on accutane. This month i was on an arm building diet ... i eat heeeeaaaaapppsss and work my arms super hard ... anyways it looks like ive gained 1cm on my arms, and a 30cm belly. I've got the shits coz now i have to loose the fat and i hardly gained anything. I think i'll just get cut whilst on tane and build when i finished.

Cottage cheese 1/4 lb

LUNCH

Tuna Sandwich (6 oz tuna)

Cottage cheese 1/4 lb

Salad

Milk or protein drink

SNACK

Cheese sandwich 2 oz cheese

Milk or protein drink

DINNER

Chicken 8 oz

Baked potato

Cooked vegetable

Salad

Milk or protein drink

SNACK

2 eggs hardboiled

Fruit

Milk or protein drink
