Do you mean Vitamin E vitamins.

They wont break you out.

I'v been taking Vitamin E for a long time.

They've never broken me out.

No vitamins have ever broken me out.

Vitamin E is very good for the skin.

I would recommend the 400IU Vitamin E.

Chocolate and sweets will break you out.

They do make your skin more oily, I was taking vitamin E for a while and noticed my skin was always very slick, stopepd taking them and poof, no longer as oily, THAT SAME DAY. Changed nothing else. tongue.gif

Also happened when I used Vitamin E soap for a week once.

I have always found it disturbing when dermatologists tell me that chocolate and sugar have nothing to do with causing acne. I also find it curious that they tell you to stay out of the sun. The sun with salt water was the cure all for my chest and back cystic acne.

I know the sun is not that good for the skin. But combined with salt water it sure did the trick for my chest and back.
