hey guys. i read in a magazine that selenium stops the inflammation that clogs pores. it makes you produce glutathione. the mag suggested 200 - 400 mcg. a day. i suggest 200. more may be too much. anyway, selenium gets little attention, and i found it in my multi, but very little. you can also find it in turkey, tuna, chicken, and brazil nuts. be sure to take it with vitamin e, which you should take with vit.c
