For those with oily skin

I have a book called "Curing Everyday Ailments the Natural Way".

It has a section about acne.

There are many things in there, but one is very interesting.

It sais that "juniper berry" can calm down sebum production?!!

You yust aplly few time a day on problem area...

Can someone tell me more about this? Can this work?

I have ultry oil skin and it is my main reason for having acne.

may77 is right you should proceed with caution and maybe do a patch test on your arm first.

Natural alternatives to prescription topicals, using old folk remedies like egg, oatmeal, honey, and lemon, tend to take things that are already generally salubrious when ingested and then put them on the face.

I've heard about the juniper but haven't done it personally. Care to be our guinea pig?
