Both I think..presumming you are putting BP on your back. Certainly the Bp seems to continue bleaching the item even after it has gone through the wash ...I have sacrificed countless towels to the regimen. If you use it on your bod - wear white shirts or tops.

Oh no :) My first shirt is scrap. This happen when I wash it. I don't want to wear always a white shirt. Someone have tips ?

I think I should wear 2 shirts at the same time :) noooo it's the summer

i think what joey went was buy some cheap undershirts so you don't worry about getting that layer stained.

Even though i don't use BP on my body i have still stained clothes, towels from left over BP on hands even after they have been washed.

I've never had a problem with any of my clothes bleaching. I only put it on my face and upper neck though.
