Hey well there was a birthday at work last week and there was lots of chocolate. I ate some, and now I have broken out a bit. I know they are not supposed to be connected, but maybe they are?

It is probabily just a coincidence. There are actually some great antioxident properties associated with quality chocolate. I'm a total chocolate lover. I think if you want to eat it on a regular basis, and I do, you should eat the dark stuff with as high a cocoa content as you can find. There are some great fair trade brands out there.
