Kyle's New Regimen

Started my new regimen last night

Morning: splash face/neck with warm water 2 times

lather hands with cetaphil gentle cleansing bar

gently lather face with bare hands

rinse 5 times with warm water

2 rinses of cold water

wait 15mins

lather hands with cetaphil gentle cleansing bar

apply neutrogena clear pore on the spot acne treatment 2.5%BP

wait 15mins

lather hands with cetaphil gentle cleansing bar

apply neutrogena moisturizer spf 15 fps

Evening: Same routine

PS: i have very very mild acne main breakout problem area is lower portion of my face similar to dan around my mouth under my nose etc.. i have a few minor red/brown marks from when i was previously on accutane couple years ago also a little discolouration of my skin tone can anyone recommend something for the ugly red marks or the blotchy discolouration of my skin tone?

Hi Kyle,

It sounds like you are already doing the right thing - that is, following Dan's regimen exactly. Do this for a couple of weeks before you start adding other stuff, otherwise you will never be able to tell what is working for you.

It seems noone has been able to find Vita-K in Canada - I certainly haven't seen it. You'll probably have to order it on-line if you decide to try it.
