Anyone ever use differin? or Azelex?? Are either any good?? I'm trying diiferin now because I was so fed up with retin a micro. I heard it supposed to be milder and just as effective. Also, anyone ever use azelex?? I used it way back when, I think I liked it but I rembered it kinda tingled when I applied it, because my skin is so sensitive. Is azelex worth trying again?? Anynoe have any luck with with either of these produts??

Please help! Any advice is good!!

Much Appreciated.

I also would like to know if differin is any good. I have been on it for a couple days and my zits haven't gone away yet, but my skin is very smooth in my cheek area, usually it is dry and my forehead is oily. I am hoping this works because I really do like the way my skin feels in contrast to the over-the-counter meds I was using. If you have sensative skin, I would say go for it.

I have been using Differin the last three months and my skin looks great. It has worked miracles on my acne. My pimples went away in about 6 weeks and stayed gone. I still have a lot of red marks on my face and I'm not sure how long it will take for them to go away. Differin has also started to work on my blackheads, but I know that it's going to take a longer time. I can see the many blackheads that I have literally coming out of my pores.

The point is that you have to be persistent with this medication. I use Dove to wash my face and put Clindagel on in the morning, and the Differin at night. I also give myself a facial once a week. This along with taking vitamins and exercising has helped me look my best. I am very confident that within another 6 months, my face will be beautiful. I'm still going to have big pores, but at least my acne will be more under control.

I did use Acelaic Acid at one point, but it was irritating and my pimples just kept coming back. It only worked the first few weeks and then my skin went back to breaking out.
