i wanted to know if anybody has had good results from eatin nuts such as almonds and walnuts? i include them in my daily diet and i think they are helpin me alot...almonds are rich in vit e and walnuts are rich in omega 3 acids. has anybody experienced breakouts through eatin too many nuts?

nuts have zinc which helps with acne.. if you eat to much of them, arnt they mostly sugar and fat? sugar and fat are bad for health n skin for me
