so ive got some apple cider vinegar, put im not sure if its the right stuff i should be using. the label calls it cider vinegar, and i was wondering if this is the same as the ACV everyone has been using for this regimen. also, it says it is diluted down to 5% acid strength. is this the stuff i should be using, or should i go buy some natural 100% ACV to make it worth my while?

You got the right stuff, as for the dilution I bought mine also pre-diluted. Don't know the strength off hand but you should go ahead and use it.
