Hey,

I just wanted to know what your regimens are, and if they are effective.

Mine is:

Cleanse with Dove sensitive bar

Toner is green tea with zinc and vitamin C for red marks and for general skin health (make it my self)

Moisturise with Urban Rites face relief moisturising balm

Apply Tea Tree and Manuka cream to breakout prone areas

Apply Emu oul on to breakout prone areas

Every other night i do a egg white + egg yolk mask

Supplements:

*1 Vitamin C with rosehips (1000mg)

*1 Evening Primrose oil (1000mg)

*1 Cod liver oil with multi vitamins

*1 Zinc (15mg)

*1 Alpha lipolic acid (30mg)

As well as this i have cut out dairy, wheat, sugar and mostly gluten.

The result 90% - 95% clear, with red marks fading.

Wash my face with SA (Avon Clear Skin)

apply pure Tea Tree Oil on acne prone areas.

at night:

wash with gentle cleanser.

Sometimes I use a Astrigen if needed!!

put overnight blemish treatment (Avon Clear Sin) Salicylic Acid 1.5%

Then put Tea Tree Oil on acne prone areas.

Supplements I'm taking:

Zinc

Chromium Picolinate

Status: Well so far the red mark from the old acne seem to be fading away. I still get zits. And the area that broke out alot with cystic acne dried out with Tea Tree Oil for only 3 days. So, I'm very please with it. I still have the red marks from that breakout. Hopefully by two months that area will fade away. Also, being drinking alot of water and trying to think positive about this treatment. I still get urges of going BP but, I don't want to. So, I'm doing this pain less regimen for now on. Why not.

Hi guys! I have only been on this regimen for two weeks, but I love it because it's fast, easy and doesn't irritate my skin. Here it is:

Morning:

Wash with Dove Sensitive Skin Bar

Moisturize with Dove Day Lotion (spf 15)

Night:

Wash with Dove Senstive Skin Bar

Apply a thin layer of Differin Cream

Apply Dove Sensitive Skin Day Lotion (no spf)

It's working amazingly well for me. Finally something that agrees with my skin!
