I've decided to try an all new approach since my skin is at its very worst right now. I think its because I ate wayyyy too much chocolate over Xmas and since I never eat it and am allergic to it, it broke me out. I was literally crystal clear (god knows why) about a week before I started eating it all. cry.gif So check out what I'm gonna do and let me know if it sounds good or totally horrible. Any feedback is appreciated!

First of all, I ordered Evolution-X (B5) and will start as soon as it comes. I'll continue taking Diane-35 (birth control). I'm on my third month. Tomorrow I am booking an appointment for Smoothbeam treatments and when those are done I want to get Vbeam for my facial redness and red marks. I'm also going to try my best to eat healthy and I will definetly be staying away from dairy and sugar like I'm suppose to be doing in the first place. Finally, I am trying Delna's regimen. I started using Dove soap and Neutrogena Oil-Free moisturizer for Sensitive skin a few days ago and will add in everything else in another few days. My choice for the OTS treatment will be pure tea tree oil so I hope that works. My current derm has never heard of B5 but she said to go on it anyway while doing Smoothbeam so I did ask to be sure. Of course it doesn't help that she knows nothing about it but I described how it worked and she said it would be safe. Does this sound ok?
