Help! How do you get rid of red pimples fast?

I have these 2 pimples around my mouth right now and I need them to be gone by tomorrow... They started as whiteheads then I used 10% BP and they peeled but now they're raised red bumps. Is there anyway I can reduce the size of them by morning without anymore peeling? Would ice help?
