Not being a perscription ... Wrong area lol but i'll help ya anyways.

10% is very strong. I was putting 2.5% on my body and it was burning my skin .. and the body has tougher skin than the face so yeh i wouldnt reocmmend piling 10% on especially with the doses you have to use!

I would suggest going to a chemist/pharmacy, and asking for the 5% benzoyl peroxide better yet 2.5%. Dependin on house serious ur acne is the regime might or might not work so yeh. For me it didnt work but it works for some.

Goodluck.

Clearasil does not just make 10%. Lots of drugstore acne creams are made with 2.5%, and 5% is considered "extra strength" or whatever advertising term they want to use. If where you live only has 10% Clearasil, try looking at other brands... Neutrogena On-The-Spot is a very popular 2.5% BP cream.

There is a specific board for questions about The Regimen, look through all the topics under the Acne.org Message Boards... you'll find it. People there will have lots of suggestions!
