hi,

you'l probobaly get lots of adviced . i can say what worked (or worked partly for me) :

a tca peel defenetly helps to "shed" at least some of these pigmentation (althought it's prone to come back). this is the one of the most "Severes" treatmentss you can do , and it's takes about a one week downtime which you can not live the house. it's an option.

other than that -

vitamin C . creams + creams containing hydroquinone + retin A - with a good exfoliating (something with BHA (like MD Forte Mask) - helped my greatly ) - but i only noticed that after a few months ! of treament - so you have to be patient with that.

although once they turn brown - the home treatrment can only fade and lighten trhem - mostly not likley to make them disappear.

good luck smile.gif
