Could some clear this up for me

Right well not so long back, i cleared my acne up with zinyret, but then ive been on tablets for about a year, my acnes got worse, and its not working.

I was just wondering, because it worked before, will it work again?

I think you've built up an immunity against the tablet ? Atleast i think its an antibiotic from what you say, try loading up on some BP ? That worked for me.
