I need your help to specify which treatments I have to follow.

Left is is mostly the issue. People will say try TCA cross and it may work but it may not and make it worse so if you do try 1 spot only etc.

There are a few areas you could try subcising like on your right side but ultimately you need ablation on the icepicks/boxcars on your left. Your options really boil down to aggressive dermabrasion in that spot/area or a co2 erbium type resurfacing there. Or try very carefully (testing) TCA cross to see if you respond well. That's probably what some will suggest.

I'd try to find a doctor that specializes in more aggressive treatments only because the icepicks look like they'd respond best to aggressiveness. You know, a doctor that's willing to get under them and sand them or zap them aggressively.

Try phenol cross much more localized and doesnt travel from the intended site.

You only have very few bad acne scars. Try dr rullan phenol plus erbium his new technique.
