But this is expensive for the improvement that I can possibly achieve in a single session. At this pricing it will only work for people with shallow scarring to semi moderate scarring. As they will see a change. Most people with moderate to severe scarring wont see any much difference to the price they are paying and they would need several sessions. So lets see 2 years back the pricing was 1250 a session of trio which was fair as they had to do many sessions to fix the scars and raise the scar floor area. But now it almost 100 percent increase in price.

How do you know?

I could never get an answer from their office lol so cant tell you exactly. But for punch excision, filler and subcision I was quoted 1760 I believe. The price of that quote will increase if he uses a full syringe of filler. So filler is about 500, subcision is 1000 and punch excision 250 (I think hes only doing it for one scar). I know your question is about the trio specifically so I would guess the trio is around 2k but dont know for sure I will ask in person. 1k for sub is absolutely ridiculous IMO I remember Lim charged me like 300 AUD for it or even less four years ago.

The phenol peel is still the same price of around 6500 dollars
Dang it should be mandatory that everyone gets accutane first pimple (kidding but you know what I mean doctors take too long to prevent damage) OR a fund of 200,000$ going to doctors to fix this sh.t lol.

these prices are insane. No wonder many people spend around 20k on treatments.

Totally crazy. and the worst part is most of the time people in their early 20s or late teens, often just entering the workforce or working for lower pay are trying to experiment and handle this, not people in their 30's or 40's with a bank account to sometimes have for this.
I don't know how doctors can look at really bad cases of people who have the least resources, and actually charge people who are suffering, that's all I can say. I know it's a business but some cases should just be comp'd as a charity case if it rises as moderate/severe and it's clear they don't have 20k or 50k in reserves.
There should be more local resources like medical schools with very educated students or professors treating bad cases too. Not only for experience but to help the community.
I really would be advising to go to Moscow for the exact same treatments if it wouldn't be 2022 lol. It's like 5-6 times cheaper.
Its a batshit crazy prices without any guarantees. I can't. This field (dermatology) is so unethical it makes me sick.
I mean why phenol peel costs 6500? For fckng what?

I get it is more about the skill but if you take statistically speaking most people who have these treatments its very hard they will have life changing results in one treatment maybe with phenol peel. The only way to survive in USA is be born genetically gifted with everything else the country kick you in the nuts. I understand everybody has to make money. I understand the expenses have gone up. But still results wise most likely you wont see a big difference in a single session if your scarring is severe. So at this point I think he should discount for severe case where he is still accounting his profit margin but considering the number of trios it will take for severe case to get better. They have to accommodate that pricing. For people who would take 1 or 2 sessions. Yes the price is fine because the cumulative cost is less. Most people with moderate to sever cases will take atleast 5 sessions or maybe more. So for example he can charge his regular pricing and as the people progress into more treatments he can reduce the cost of it. But I guess the pricing is decided by management, I know him to be an honest guy. But what can he do. I guess you need to work harder smarter to make money

Earnings in Moscow are much higher than in other regions of Russia. Basically, all the country's taxes go to Moscow and then are distributed by region. Most large companies are located here, so it is very comfortable to live here. It looks something like this:
