I™ve had these scars for quite some time and I don™t know how to treat them, they look so horrible. I™ve had 3 pixel laser resurfacing treatments and they don™t show the results I was hoping for. What can I do?

I'd describe them as boxcar and rolling. Scars are pitted.

Subcision to lift the pits, filler to fill in the pits. Multiple rounds. If you don't have money for fillers use suction method on pits. Boxcars may need phenol cross to soften the edges.

Your scars are still very red. It's now important to keep your skin moist. Buy for example Roche-Posay Baume Cicaplast. I also have good experiences with silicone gel for example Kelo-cote. It's for scars.

Agreed with ^ subcision and/or filler and/or other things stated. There's no ablation that's going to help at least not right now. And the temple is very hard to treat. Also just a suggestion why not try to grow your hair a bit out over your temple while you research and attempt some progress I do that when I can on certain areas like my forehead and below my temple.

Try to research good doctors that have significant experience in subcision/filler or taylor liberation etc.
