Hello,
I made my order on the 1st of February 2022 and I haven't received my package yet. My order has been stuck in the US for a month now. This is not the first time I am ordering from your website. When I look at the forum here, I can see there are people who are going through the same predicament as me. Why are you guys accepting orders if at all you don't plan on fulfilling them? Has this company turned to be a scam?
I was in contact with Ysabela and she has since gone mute. If I cannot get my order then I demand a FULL REFUND! Can you please look into my case! I have sent emails and nobody is responding. I want my money back!
