I™ve Suffered from bad acne all my life it™s left me with horrible dark spots all over my backside, chest, legs and a bit on my face, that haven™t gone away in years I™m 22 now I still get big painful bumps on my back my face is currently dealing with raised bumps on my forehead don™t know if that™s acne any advice would be a big help I take 10% benzoyl peroxide which is the only thing that seems to get rid of my pimples quickly and wash my face daily but the forehead bumps don™t go away nothing seems to work
I don't see anything on your forehead, but proper application of benzoyl peroxide works well to keep the skin clear.
As far as the left over marks go, are they raised from the skin? Or flat to the skin? If they are raised, that means they are scars and there's not much you can probably do. If they are flat, that means they are likely hyperpigmentation which will fade away with time.
