the pink marks on my face, what do I do to get rid of them??

it™s not previously picked acne nor active acne, whenever i wash my face and put on moisturizer¦ i don™t feel any bumps. Redness used to come and go but now won™t go away after almost 2 months

it™s only on one side of my face also, the other side is just faded dark marks from acne

This is strange. I wonder if it is even acne. I would see a derm and see what they say that is, especially since it's only on half of your face.
