Hi...you could try to use hydrocolloid patches. Or try urea or salicylic acid in higher dosages.

I'd see another 2 (or even 3) scar specialists and inquire about things other than laser if that hasn't worked.

Perhaps subscision? Filler of some kind? See what the various doctors say (don't feed them any info, just let them recommend things), and then go with whoever seems best.

And...please keep us posted. This is such a straightforward scar revision and I'd love to see how it reacts to whatever you do.
