Hello everyone!!!

Last time I was on here was 2017 and I would like to share my update 2021!

I attached photos to this post and let me tell you, in the beginning I did NOT think this would work. When I started it was a rough journey. Here I am, my skin is so much better! My diet has been eating JUNK so practically the same so I™m sure diet really doesn™t play a role to my acne.

Anyways, I have been using the regimen cleanser, BP and moisturizer ONLY. I just placed an order for the AHA.

Can someone please let me know if the AHA will help the redness on my skin? This is the next step to my journey and I need to pinpoint if it is hyperpigmentation or scars? Thanks.

Yeah the AHA is amazing. It helps with everything basically. Redness, skin tone, less acne, the whole shabang.

Just remember it can make you more sensitive to the sun because it's strong. Also, use it only once every other day at full strength, or once a day if you're mixing it 1/2 and 1/2 with moisturizer.

And oh yeah, diet... There's enough evidence to convince me that eating low-glycemic may help. So I would disagree that you can keep eating junk. Well, you might be able to since the regimen is so strong, but if you eat less sugar and processed foods and make sure you're getting plenty of colorful veggies in particular, you may notice you have to work less hard at getting and staying clear.
