Red marks are different from scars, and red marks fade over time. I personally wouldn't be an advocate of microneedling for something so minor either and it may not be the right solution to whatever your trying to fix and could make something messier. You may have marks or a single scar but your skin is completely level. If it really bothers you do some more research or get a derm's opinion because clearing up the redness might make the other invisible or require a different procedure or something.
It will naturally fade over time and lessen in color. Either way , it doesn't look too severe so you could just let time heal it , which it certainly will. Certain skincare ingredients could accelerate the healing such as moisturisers with hyraulonic acid, rosehip oil , retinols for skin cell turnover and collagen growth. I definitely recommend starting from the bottom up and assessing your situation from thereon as opposed to jumping into more invasive treatments. Also , you should get a cleanser that contains glycolic acid or something that cleans the top layer of your skin, this should help with breakouts and acne.
If incase you want to proceed further from these treatments, I reccomend going to a dermatologist. They'll most likely reccomend microneedling or laser. I'm a bigger advocate for lasers that help with PIE as I think theyhave also less risk (Vbeam, Picoway or picosure).
Do get a dermatologist or specialists advice in this case though.
hope that helps.
