Fillers and subcision go together . And you cant use filler if there are hard edges for boxcars. You neeed the edges to be gone which could be using ablative laser on the scar edges or using tca cross as well as subcision sessions to lift the boxcar up.

try subcision plus suction, 2 to 3 session and see if it makes a difference.
