But, you need to wait I believe it's 1 year after isotretinoin before you get any scar treatment. You can ask your doc what the current guidelines are.

Once you do get scar treatment, my guess is that they may recommend laser in your case since it looks like you could just use some overall evening out. But just make sure you're under the care of a very good dermatologist or plastic surgeon who specializes in acne scar treatment specifically. And...get a second opinion or even a third. It's your face. Make sure you're completely comfortable with who is doing the scar repair.

But pretty much don't doanything too aggressive like deep peels, fully ablative lasers, etc.
