Looks like mostly icepick scars to me, which is a good thing. TCA CROSS gives quite good results with those. You'll need to discuss with a professional of course, but from what I've seen in my research, TCA CROSS works really well on icepick scars.

Ignore the post above mine. This member is doing advertising and doesn't know much about treatments. A chemical peel does not improve ice pick scars.

I agree with Dan. Cross is something to look into. At the very end, you can consider lasers.

You can try alternating chemical peels and microneedling for texture but don't expect miracle results. I, for one, haven't seen improvements from those but we all have different scar types.
